The latch on my 2018 fit is still faulty.. I've made 3 attempts to get this issue resolved.. I want the tailgate to operate as I was told it would at the point of sale.. And as the owner's guide says on page 36 paragraph 2. ! Service director OSCAR ****need to correct this problem .. Timothy K

Worst service I have ever experienced at Honda. My family and I have been loyal customers for over 20 years and rather than getting the quality service that they promise, I got the complete opposite. Horrible service and inappropriate attitude from not only Eugene, but also from Joanne and Oscar, the service manager. After my lease is over I do not expect to repurchase another car from Honda again.

Here is very knowledgeable in some aspects of my car.he help to all of my questions and give a direct answer without any doubts. I always do my Service in Buena park Honda dealer. From my Odyssey and Now passports.also my grandchildren Honda. I never thought in this dealer that there is a service adviser that is more concern about the owner's perspective. He will listen to your complaint about the car and he explained to you what is the best option, and Save Money.his quality of customer service beyond my expectations. So I’m great full that he was my service advisor every time I visit Buena Park Honda .he is an asset to your dealership.
