My car is brand new, I bought it 3 weeks ago. My apple CarPlay stopped working. I dropped it off for it to be reset or fixed and was told it was fine the whole time and the rep insinuated it was user error. My car play wasn’t working for 4 days and all of a sudden when I pick my car up from the service dept it’s all of a sudden working again? Why couldn’t the rep admit they did something to get it to work again? I don’t appreciate being lied to. It was insulting.

From the moment I pulled in for my appointment for Services, Rachel was so warm, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I drove in. When I picked up my car Tony was more than helpful and made sure I understand and was very throughly what services I got from my car and what I need for the near future. I’m very satisfy from the moment I went in and when I left the car lot.

Kurtis provided me excellent service. I came in without an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. He got me in and out in less than 60 minutes. He was professional and courteous. I’ll be back to Buena Park Honda!
