A simple Oilchange should not take 3 hours out of my day. I know we are all very busy people. So I would be very happy if that time could be shortened. Especially when I have an appointment for it and being the first customer at 7 am there. Alma was very nice trying to excuse the time.

Tony was very friendly and efficient. He had one of the garage guys give me a ride to work because the courtesy van had already left. Even though I wasnt able to pick my car up until lunchtime, it was still ready at the time I was given. Paperwork was seamless also! Highly recommend BP Honda.

The work order indicating would check and inflate the tires if needed. However, all tires are under pressure after work done. Which mean no tire pressure being even check up during work.
