I like the way the personal of Honda help me today
Tony Lagos did not provide my son the right informations that he needs to know, especially the charge amount. What He told my son was way expensive amount, he also didn’t explain a lot about charges & interest. Good thing he was at lunch break when my son picked up his car, Eugene was the one who helped & explained everything to my son & the total amount was totally different & a lot cheaper with Eugene.
Joanne is an asset to Buena Park Honda. I loved her approach to customer service.

Joanne is by far the best service advisor I've worked with (among the 3 different Honda dealerships and many advisors I've been to in over 15 yrs of driving Hondas). I always feel well taken care of and I trust my car is getting the best service. Worth the higher service price of going to a dealership vs. neighborhood autoshop. And Buena Park Honda is the most welcoming (love the coffee machine!). Keep up the great work!
