I thank Mr. Eugene McCoy for taking the time and explaining every thing very politely. When some other work needed to be done on the car, Eugene called me on the phone and explained the extra work that had to be done with the cost. The work was finished on time.
The sales manager Hamid was great to deal with. I was looking at the used car from carguru but did not like the condition. Hamid then introduced me on a new one instead and the purchase was quiet smooth.

After the complimentary multi point inspection, my service advisor informed me that they found a leak under the engine that is in need of immediate attention/service. I asked where it is coming from but she said further inspection is needed and she proceeded to stamp the paper “refused/reject”. I did not refused, she did not offer me anything to have the leak fixed. I was willing to wait instead she told me to have another appointment for it. What is the point of doing that inspection if you guys don’t try to fix it if problems were found especially if it was marked “needs immediate attention”? I am very busy with my work schedule that I don’t have time to come back other day.
I am very pleased all the time with Joanne Martinez. My car and I are very well taken card of.
Joanne has a great personality. She made me feel welcomed from beginning to end.
A very good experience. Alex took care of us and updated us with the progress of the car throughout the day. The other advisor that helped me because Alex was with another customer was also very helpful and friendly as was the cashier. I will continue to use Buena Park Honda service dept. for both my Honda’s.
Tony was very professional and very formative.
We brought the Honda in for an oil change and tire rotation & ended up having a brake flush. Not sure why this was suggested. It was not mentioned in the mailer
