When I went to check on the status of my car he was extremely rude about it. When I got there at 10:30 he said up to 2 hour wait. I waited 2 and a half hours and asked the receptionist if she could check on the status. He loudly implied that it would be ready when it was ready. I’m my opinion all of that was not necessary. A simple quick it’s taking a little longer than expected would have been a much better way of addressing the issue. I was fine until that moment because it really made me feel belittled.
