I’m so disappointed With Buena Park Honda this is the second service they say they going to wash my car and it doesn’t get done.I have Problems with my sensors on the tires. They said they will check it and theirs a nail in my tire. And they never advise me.That needed to be fix supposedly they do it 32 point inspection. They don’t perform it my water washer for that windshill wipers Was not filled it was empty. At this point they say they change my oil I have no idea if it got done and my cabin filter. I feel To take my car back for them to show me if they change the oil in the cabin filter don’t trust them anymore. I’ll be taking my car somewhere else .And won’t buy a car from Buena Park Honda anymore

The service was fantastic but please find a way in the future to have it in your records what our service plan is for oil changes & tires, we can't remember & there always seems to be a mix up.
Ugene clearly explained about the past maintenancea and the necessity of changing the engine and cabin air filters. After the maintenance, he explained all check point lists. He is very cordial and took care of customer very well.

Tony Lagos was completely professional. However, my experience with Buena Park Honda has gotten worse and worse. I had my brakes done one year ago. I brought the car in a few times explaining that I was hearing squeaking and the steering wheel was gyrating when applying the brakes. Each time I was told that the techs heard no squeaking. Looked at the brakes, and that everything was fine. I was told it was likely just dust. Because I can’t just keep bringing the car in I’d waited till it needed to be serviced this weekend. This time I was told the rotars were warped and I’d need to pay over 200 dollars. By this logic I should have had to replace my rotars 7 times by now as the car has 70,000 miles on it and the brakes were only just done for the first time around 60,000 miles. So, I’m ten thousand miles the rotars were warped? I brought the car in way before 10,000 miles at that. I also filled out a survey before and never heard back from anyone. This feels a lot like I’m just being stolen from at this point.
