I came in for B-1,3 Services which was estimated around $200, Then was informed by Joanne that my car required more Maintenance services and my axle is leaking & I approved the additional maintenance services even though it was an additional $363 that I was not anticipating to pay for, however RE:the $350 axel leak issue, I informed Joanne that I purchased an extended warranty plan and she informed me that because they closed early on Sat, she will contact them on 11/5 to check if my warranty covered it and call me, I called Joanne on Monday, November 5 and left a message around 12:30 PM and never heard back from her and I find it unusual that she did not document the axle leak on my paperwork. I am hoping a return phone call and either Joanne or someone follow up with my extended warranty plan & axle leak issue.

Hire more employees like him! Very efficient and friendly. The last time I was there, the employee who helped me convinced me that I didn’t have the oil changes in my contract and charged me $65!?(obviously I should’ve remembered what I had signed up for but pregnant brain got to me that time) Tony was thorough on making sure I had that feature. He used the credit to other maintenance on my car and made this visit the fastest and easiest one I’ve had yet. So thanks again, Tony!

She went beyond what I expected and like I told her she is a life saver and for the guys that did the repair and washed my car thank you you guys did a great job.

Joanne, the service advisor at Buena Park Honda was amazing. She went above and beyond. The guys I had an issue with were the guys returning my car to me. They had no idea what was going on when I asked them questions such as “what is the multi point inspection?”. Additionally, the car wash that I received made my car even dirtier than when I came in..
I was completely satisfies with Eugene very polite guy he helped me in everything I needed good costumer service on his side.
He was so informative about the car accessories and showed me how everything works that I needed to understand. Also set phone and navigation up for me
