Joanne was amazing! It was a busy day and I chose to leave my keys in the envelope with instructions. She called me soon after and explained everything quickly and efficiently. I explained I only had a short window of time that I needed ti pick up your car and she made sure everything was ready on time. When I arrived to pick it up the car was washed and ready ti go. I was in and out and knowledgeable with was was fine to the car in a short time. I hope she handles my transactions from now on. Great job!!

Originally my experience was going smooth, advisor was very informative but after i got a call to let me know car was ready to be picked up, I asked for shuttle service and was informed it would be 30 minutes and I said thats fine. I waited 1 hr 15 min and no shuttle. I called the receptionist to inform her and she took my information down and said she’d give it to shuttle driver to call me when he returned. I waited another 30 minutes and no phone call from shuttle driver. Shuttle never called or showed up so I had to call a relative to come pick me up and take me to go pick up my car.
My wife originally went in to get a new tire because it went out on her while she was driving and I had to meet her to put the spare on for her. she got turned around at first because the time for walk-ins was over but when I went back up there we talked to peter and he got us taken care of quickly because he knew we couldn’t drive on a spare for too long. Peter needs a promotion for taking care of customers and having there safety in mind.

Unfortunately, I’m a co-owner of my daughters 2016 Honda Civic and we received terrible and inaccurate service for the last few months dealing with an ongoing issue that has been be thoroughly inspected for repairs. I’m disappointed with the last visit for the reoccurring problem and the service department said they are too busy to diagnose the vehicle to trouble shoot the issue. The response is poor customer service. Now my daughter doesn’t have a vehicle because of the lack of poor customer service and the Honda roadside assistance had the car picked up and did not provide a substitute car in the mean time. I will say the customer service is on point for purchasing the vehicle but the customer service here at Buena Park in the service department is poor. As a customer I’m asking for great customer service now. Please correctly make the repairs do we don’t have to be stranded st midnight. I called the service manager Oscar and he has not called me back in over 2 hours for this same issue. This ridiculous!!!!!!!!!
