This is no fault of Kurtis I don’t think. It took 40 minutes to get checked in when I arrived. Way too long for 5-6 cars ahead of me. Then when I picked up my car I had not noticed till I got on the road that the car did not get washed as promised. It is for these two reasons and these two reasons alone that I stopped coming to your service center and started to go to wier canyon to get my car serviced. I really hope you buys take a look at this and make a few changes to make yourselves better. I am here to chat if you would like to. Dana. ****-****-xxxx.

Outstanding service on short notice! He was very helpful in answering all my questions and did everything with urgency and great customer service. Great asset to your dealership! Good customer service is hard to find these days especially for customers such as myself that have to deal with the public every day as well. Came with an appointment and took 2.50 hours to change just oil ? . Usually go Cerritos dealerships and they charge just $49.99 .I paid here $74.99 For what? Very disappointed never come back and never recommend anybody.
