David Rosales did an excellent job, helped me and kept me posted about my car till i went to picked it up. Excellent worker, every employee should learn from his energy and excellent attitude.
Gene was extremely thorough, I appreciated his knowledge, his understanding my concerns and my needs. Gene is a great tech. I was impressed that he helped me two weekends in a row. That was huge, not having to deal with yet another tech.

Kind of rude, doesnt know how to listen to customer's problem first. Needs more training to be friendly to customers.
So far i have been visiting Buenapark honda i felt Mr.HUGO was far best Of all he not only listened to mu issue but inspected all my tires personally as every 2 weeeks My Air light was coming on
