Hugo did a great job taking in my minivan and providing me info on the diagnosis and updated cost. He said he would try to get my minivan done before noon the next day since the parts were arriving in the morning. It sounded like a great plan but the next day was Hugo’s day off which he didn’t inform me so I called twice on the day of promised pickup. The first time I asked for Hugo and wasn’t told it was his day off so I left a voicemail. When I didn’t get a call back and it was nearing noon, I called again, asked for Hugo, and was told that I was his day off. I informed the receptionist of my promised pickup and was transferred to another service advisor who also wasn’t available and went to voicemail. I called back a third time and asked to speak with someone who was available and was finally assisted by the receptionist who said that my car was ready and I could come down to pick it up. Since Hugo wasn’t there I couldn’t ask about the car’s issues and when I did, it was clear the other service advisor didn’t know the details of my minivan issue. Not being informed of days off or when your car is ready is not acceptable when told that I would receive a call. There needs to be a better way to hand off customers when service advisors are going off work for a day or more. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me at Buena Park Honda and I’ve only gone to you for two issues. Doesn’t give me a lot of confidence nor makes me believe in your customer service.

I have been at Honda Buena Park three times this week and I just want to say that David has done a great job helping me each time. The second time I returned was due to something hanging underneath my car after it was serviced so I returned to get it check out and David said it looked like someone had gone underneath my car and had cut something. I told David it was impossible since I had just taken my car a few days prior to get serviced plus my car has only been serviced at Buena Park Honda which means one of their guys had to do it. He didn’t give me a hard time about it but simply talked to his boss and they took care of it. Which I really appreciated it. Thanks!

David was awesome as usual. At first I was told it could take up to an hour and 15 minutes and yet it was done in less than 45. The cost of the service also is a lot less expensive than I thought. I’m very happy.

Had an amazing experience at Honda when I went to take my Honda Accord to get an oil change. My service advisor Hugo novoa was great! he help me with my vehicle and with my other issues as well that I had. He walked me step by step in what I needed work done in my car. Really satisfied with my visit.
