I appreciate the attentive, courteous and professional treatment, we have come to enjoy, at Buena Park Honda. Although, I believe it is the speedy time in which my car was ready and personal updates is what brings me back.
The same day my car was seen by Buena Park Honda it stayed stuck in a parking lot and all I went for was a recall . I don’t know what they did. My car was fine before the recall. I should’ve never gone in to have no one put hands on my car. Horrible . Extremely dissatisfied and will be filing a complaint with higher management .

My car is not the same as when I took my car into the shop for service. For example, knob to adjust temperature and vent (knob used when using defroster).
The shuttle service was extra helpful but the transmission was spotty and made the ride quite jerky.

Brian was very courteous and efficient.
Gabriel was great. But to get to a adviser was upsetting. Didn't have an appointment waited hour and half just to get an adviser. Didn't know I was at a DMV. Gabriel was on top of things as soon I got service from him.
Helpful and honest service experience
I made an appointment but arerived late. Gabriel arrived as my service advisor and let me know it was fine that I was late. He was very nice, informative and made my service process very easy. I will most definjtelt be scheduling my next service appointment with him
