Joanne was great, my only complaint is I had a 10:00 am appointment, I arrived at the service Dept at 9:50 and has to wait til 10:35 before i was Helped. This is what isually happens, even with an appointment.

I don’t have enough kind things to say about Joanne! She is friendly and personable, and went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. I initially came in just for an oil change, but she informed me there were other services that needed to be performed on my vehicle which would extend my wait time a few hours. I mentioned to her that I only had time for an oil change since I work graveyard shift and drove straight from work to the dealership that morning and had not yet slept. I decided I would come back at a later date to complete the other services, and only go forward with the oil change today. She spoke to the mechanics and told me they would do their best to get all of the services done as close to 90 minutes as possible. All of the work was in completed in that time frame and I was out of there in less than 2 hours! She had no reason to extend that kindness to me, as I was okay with making a second appointment. However, I am so grateful she did because it is difficult to get errands done when you don’t work a typical 9-5. Plus, now I have the peace of mind that my car is up to date and running smoothly!

I asked to get my windshield fixed and it was not, also before I purchased the car I was promised that the back seats would be cleaned and when I took it in for them to make some adjustments and add the shield the back seats still had stains and it looked like it was not removed

Eugene Mccoy provided excepcional service to me during my most recent visit to Buena Park Honda. I went in initially on Friday morning (03/15) for regular maintenance and everything went perfectly with my car. However, I experienced an electrical malfunction later in the day and Gene was most helpful and caring to my situation. It was necessary for me to call Honda's Roadside Assitance and Eugene followed up with me multiple times over the telephone to make sure everything was going okay for me and that my needs were being met. He demonstrated, at all times, excellence in his approach and level of customer service. My car is only two years old and I have done all of the required maintenance that is recommended by the manufacturer, and therefore, was not expecting to experience problems of any kind this soon. Eugene made me feel important, and he truly made me feel like I was not alone by reaching out to me repreatedly. Dealing with him was an absolute pleasure. Such level of professionalism is uncommon to find these days. It's clear Gene is a consummate professional who enjoys what he does and cares for the clientele he services. Thank you Gene, thank you Buena Park Honda. Keep up the awesome work. Five stars/A+ rating for you all around. Yours truly, A most satisfied customer.
