Service provider David Rosales was great and very curtious. A great addition to your team.. A service provider of the month in our book. All conveniences of your service location and service personnel were a complete difference from the location we came from. Not happy with mngmnt with the back and forth our service provider had to go through regarding our discounts we were tryng to take advantage of. With our first time visiting w/ our new addition to the fmly, and being a loyal customer of another Honda service dept, Ocean Honda of Whittier, our discounts would have been honored, no question, but more so, approval needed. Even more so when the service issues of Ocean being known to staff. A note to service mngmnt, the back and forth felt like we were back purchasing a car. Or if unable to have faith in your service providers, come out yourself (from behind the black door) to “make a deal”. At the same time, if service being rendered a discount online is offered, but not noticed until after the service is renderred, honor it, times are hard out here, Honda Corp of America seems to be doing fine.
