Tony was great, the wait time upon arrival was a bit long, but everything after that was great.
Always super professional.
Appt at 11:00 am but no service writer until 11:50. None of us waiting were happy and will have to think twice about getting service there again. Since I am out of warranty will just go to my mechanic. Tony was fine.

Service took way to long , then what I thought the car was done after three hours of being in waiting room, I was told the care needed brakes ...
When I told him the car needed new windshield wipers. The world has changed as we know it. I sat wasted all morning to have my car serviced . Because the windshield wipers were not Honda because they had to be changed and another brand was on which my wife purchased and they put them on for her , service depot chose not to put Honda windshield wipers on and I’m sure would have been $20 or more !!! Really to turn down $$ to have Honda product on car.
Then being gone so long my wife called seven times to see if care was still there or not . She know when it go there and it was 1:30 but ha des her off to a service

This is Pam Hildebrand who did the calling that person could see on the computer when and who brought the car in but couldn’t give me a simple yes or no answer is the car still there???
The answer is no she couldn’t.
Then I heard about about a man being so long he finally yelled out where his car was ? In front of two women.
Satisfaction not from the front desk or who ever wouldn’t change the wipers.
I know the dealer knows who they all were on the day my car was there .
Still pounding on putting this on Yelp.
About the windshield wipers Alan was told he could go buy some and come back and the service man would put them on!!!
