The service coordinator told me that my car would be ready in 1 1/2 hours and when I finally got my car, it was close to 3 hours. I do understand that service can take longer than what’s anticipated, but what really bothered me is that after I received the text from the service coordinator saying that the car was ready, it took 30 minutes before actually getting the vehicle. As soon as I received the text, I went to the service coordinator’s desk, and he was no where to be found. I finally asked another coordinator if I could speak to the manager, but then Mr. Salinas showed up. I honestly feel that he needs to take his job more seriously.

On Saturday, the wrench light on our dashboard came on for an oil change. We were going on a trip the following day and had to get it done ASAP. We normally have an appointment, but this was sudden and needed to be done. We approached someone who was rude and didnt help... we understood that we didnt have an appointment and were willing to wait however long it took. THANKFULLY HUGO CAME TO THE RESCUE! We approached him and he offered his assistance. He said an hour and a half to 2 hr wait, but it was only an hour. He was kind, understanding and we appreciate his help. Thank you, Hugo! Hes the type of employee that will keep us loyal customers and he will go far! Btw, I say "we" but it was my Mom that experienced all this. Thank you for treating her well. She was worried about getting this done.
