I had to wait an hour to get someone to help me.
Even though I had an appointment.
I don't like being pushed into doing service that I really had not planned on. Just wanted spark plugs replaced. Was told valves needed to be done at the same time. I was there 4 hours. The next day the check engine light came on. My son that works at a automobile shop says that the valves didn't need to be done. I have been coming to this shop since I purchased a car their in 2004. And always been happy. Don't know if I will back. Jeanne

The check in process is quite frustrating as it took 30 minutes past my appointment time . The service manager fiemegot his name was very professional in which I appreciated
Unsatisfactory . I was only informed about one issue when there were multiple .. the other issue did not come to my immediate attention until i got a second opinion
You didn’t not buffing my car you put only a tire black you didn’t do your job
