Eugene is excellent and very informative while going over my service report. This time around my service took a little longer than usual and when the service was finally done. Eugene saw that I was sitting in the outside waiting area for longer than I was suppose to and instead of calling someone to get my car he ended getting the job done and bringing the car up himself. These can do attitudes is what we the customers look for and you got one in Eugene.
