I Andy Tran was my service manager not Jonathan. When I called to make an appointment I spoke with Jonathan. He said he didn’t have access to the computer but just come at 9 am and ask for him. When I arrived turns out they didn’t have an appointment scheduled but they took me right away anyway

Fast, great service. Everyone was easy going which made the visit comfortable. And being a single mom and taking my kids with me his rough but the staff was very considerate and cared for the well being of my children as it was super hot outside. The staff made sure my children were cool the entire time. I'm very satisfied with the service and can't wait to go back to upgrade my car.
Why would someone take my keys and start to make an estimate on my car to do a trade in, without my consent.
The process of dropping off your vehicle and also picking up the vehicle takes entirely too long. Yes I had an Appointment.
