Kurtis was great. However was concerned that multiple employees were not wearing masks or social distancing
There were a lot of employees walking around the waiting area without masks on. Instead of walking around the tables, they walked between them. They were unable to maintain 6 feet social distancing when doing this. But this was one a one-time occurrence. It happened multiple times with multiple different employees. In addition they were talking to each other inside without masks on, or some had masks on but not covering their nose (which is inappropriate masking because people breathe through both their mouth and nose). They were not good about maintaining 6 feet distancing when talking to customers either. My service advisor was good but it was distressing to have other employees walk so close to me without a mask. All people in Orange County are supposed to be wearing masks in public places, and I did not think that the employees would be walking around without masks. One positive is that I did see a woman diligently wiping down the tables.
Tony was awesome! He was knowledgeable, attentive, and was good about letting me know about service my car needed.
I found it utterly disrespectful, for your employees to jeopardize my safety and health! Half of your employees, that come in contact with the public are not wearing masks!
You shoot some mist into the cars, to disinfect them.
But the main carriers of the virus (Humans), are walking around with total disregard for my safety, and the safety of your other customers!
Every person that I saw, bringing their car in was wearing a mask, for the safety of your employees!
It’s too bad, you can’t return the favor...
Myself, and anyone I speak to, will no longer be a customer at your Dealership!

Every time I've been in your establishment I have always been helped promptly by one of very polite and knowledgeable employees. It doesn't matter that this person is a sales rep, receptionist or mechanic.They always are smiling, courteous and accurate.
