The time it took to me to drop off my car was incredible i arrive there at 8:30. I was not out until almost 10am. Then when they call me that my car was ready for pick up. I when to sign my car out. They tell me to go outside that they are bringing my car. Well this guys brings 3-4 cars. I ask him if my car was coming soon. He ask me for my paperwork. I show it to him and tells me that he is going to bring it. Well its seems that he needed to bring 3 more cars out before my. When i ask him a second time what was happening with my car. He said let me see the paperwork. I had to go back and ask the rep that was helping me to have someone bring my car. It seems that for a big dealer they only had ONE person bringing the car. I HOPE THAT THEY DID NOT TREAT ME LIKE THIS BECAUSE IM A WOMAN. I know that it was a very hot day... but not everyone had to be inside the dealer

I was so happy with my visit! I had to go in for a recall because the button on my gear shift broke off. I had to drop off my vehicle 2 hours prior to my appointment because that’s when I had an available ride. I received a phone call about an hour later informing me that they were ahead of schedule and they were able to tend to my car before my appointment time. Friendly and fast service!

I received exceptional customer service. Gabriel was really helpful and kept me updated about my car quite frequently. I love getting my car serviced at Buena Park Honda.

I made an appointment and still had to wait at least 20 minutes. Overall just to drop off my car it took me almost an hour. Than when I left I now have a tire pressure light on. Now inhale to take it back again.
