Both times I’ve been to this location Craig has always offered excellent customer service. I was given a lyft home, he always kept me updated on my vehicle, and my vehicle was washed and cleaned when it was returned to me. This is way above and beyond the customer service I received at Kearny Mesa Volkswagen. I’ll continue going to City Volkswagen and recommend it to others.

Craig was awesome to work with. I had had a key stuck in my ignition while the car was on and AAA declined to assist me and since I had to come into the dealership last minute at the end of the day it was likely that no one would be able to help me that day. Craig was able to help me as soon as I came in. He was extremely accommodating, friendly, and worked quickly to solve my issue. He also made sure to get me my new key in time for me to go out of town. I really appreciate how easy and pleasant he made my entire experience.
