Bought the car on May 4 had to have it repaired almost immediately.
A dealership that was truly interested in my future business would have covered the repair. I'm sure someone in service noticed the intermittent issue with the driver's door.
I accepted the offer of splitting the cost. I realized City wasn't obligated to cover ant part of the repair. However, when I replace my wife's car this summer that may come to mind. There are lots of dealers in Southern California.

There were some areas that were not clean, but Jack Daniels came out and cleaned them. He is an AWESOME SERVICE TECH!!! The cleaner left was on our windows, and didn't clean some areas inside the car, (in between seats and console, back of middle console in between front seats and sides) but Jack cleaned and sanitized after the cleaner. I'll be back again. I'll just ask if they will be busy or short cleaning staff before I dropoff my car the night before. My appt was at 715am but I was told it would be ready by 5 because there was a shortage of cleaning staff.
