I still do not understand why my key won’t allow the car to start if the car battery is replaced and brand new. Why do I need to have the car towed to a dealer just to have the key synchronized with the car? Is this something I can do myself? Sean was fine. This ongoing issue is ridiculous. CustomerCare was disinterested at best.

Hi Sean, Thank you for taking an ownership of those electronic issues after the theft accident. It has been a nightmare expleriences until yesterday. You have made the differences how I feel about Volkswagen services as a new customer. As a result of this, you’ll be getting the “truly exceptional” from me for sure. An addition to it, Doran is a great manager who explains and communicates well with the customers instead of putting too much pressure on your technicians to make mistakes or blames on them either. I believe that he protects and supports you guys but blames on you. I wish VW corporate could train the technicians virtually “what’s new and different” every time there’s a new edition comes out. I appreciate you guys very much. I hope this is the last issues with my car besides normal maintenance services for a while. Everything seems back to normal. Everything was done very well and with speed. Craig had my best interest in mind as far as safety and finances are concerned. Very helpful setting up the LYFT for me to pick up my car when the service was finished!
