Getting my 1993 EuroVan back on the road has been an iterative process because some parts are not available from VW. Jack worked with me to allow me to have the ECU repaired by a third party and reinstalled at City VW. I appreciate his willingness to work with me.

I have been going to City Volkswagen for all the services since back when I got my first Tiguan 8 years a go, after that I had a Jetta diesel and now a Golf Sportwagon. Jack Daniels is taking care of me and my cars since then and I am very happy with the service. Always polite in ready to help when needed.

Of all the car dealerships that I’ve dealt with throughout the years I have yet to find a service department that works the way yours does at city Volkswagen. Sean had me in and out in less than an hour showed exemplary kind attitude along with the service. Thank you

I asked to not have my car washed and it was washed when I picked it up. I noticed some surface scratches and immediately pointed them out. After further investigation there are now numerous light clear coat scratches all over the car.

When I arrived at City Volkswagen for my 3 p.m. appointment on Saturday, I was greeted by Doron Pomeranetz who explained that since I had made my appointment online and they were closing at 4 and they may not have someone to actually do the service for me. I had come in for my 20000 mile checkup. He went to check to find out if there was someone available to perform the service and came back and told me that it was possible to have the service done but I would not receive the car wash. I let him know that I was really disappointed about the car wash but he did not relent. He explained that if I wanted my car serviced and washed I would have to come back another time or that I could come back for a wash another time and gave me his card. Although I know he was attempting to troubleshoot the problem it's never convenient to make your way to a dealership to obtain a quick car wash. So really it was just an attempt to sweep me under the carpet. I asked the actual service technician why since the car wash was up and running it wouldn't be possible to obtain a car wash. He said the queue of cars was long and that they had to wash the cars of people that were coming to pick them up. What people? If they were closing in an hour wouldn't it be better to service the person that's actually there vs servicing potential customers? Also my car was returned to me and one of my tires didn't have the little cap on the air tube. Not a big deal but if you're going to claim Stellar service maybe just make sure all of the tires have their little caps? All in all I felt like I had put them out and they didn't want to extend a full service.
