Craig was amazing. I just moved here and didn’t know where to take my car but when I hit a pothole and had to make a decision fast I was so glad I ended up at city Volkswagen. Craig made me feel so comfortable and helped me chose an affordable and easy fix. I get nervous being a young girl taking my car to any car place for fear of them taking advantage of me but I would bring my car back to Craig and feel so comfortable knowing he is on my side to help me!
