Mike as usual presented the options in case the less costly option did not work. Fortunately it did. Mike is professional and informs the customer as to the status of the maintenance which is greatly appreciated.

I was told a new key would be $150, then it jumped to $250, & by the time it was going to be done it was $350. My car sat there for almost a week & they couldn’t fix it. I was calling daily but no one was returning my calls. I had towed it there & I decided to tow it back home. I called a local locksmith & he was able to fix in in less than an hour for $125!
