No one called to let me know that my vehicle was ready. I called once at 3:15 and was assured I would be called as soon as my car is ready. 5:40 I call again to ask for my car and the front desk woman was surprised I was never called because Christian likely left at 5pm. By this time I didn’t have a ride over to the dealership so I had to physically run over there and when I arrive I was told I barely made it. How did I barely make it if no one called me? Then I’m told to wait outside but it turns out the service person left so I was just standing outside for 15 minutes like an idiot waiting for my car. I have to ask again for my car and then no one knows where it is. I didn’t get to my car until 6:30 pm and it had been there since 10:30am. There was no update during the day at all and my visor was not fixed but again no one notified me. I’m very very unhappy with my service today and will be calling to make sure my complaint goes through.

When I picked up the car, the driver side floor was left dirty and there was a piece of plastic molding on the floor. Also, one of my tires showed it only had 29 lbs of air pressure. I don’t know if the molding was related to work that was done on the car. The tire pressure was supposed to have been checked.

The service advisor, Brian Khu, was terrible to work with. My truck was unnecessarily kept overnight without any explanation from Brian. The truck was almost kept overnight for a second night when he just left for the day without closing any of the paperwork or communicating with me. No respect for my time nor the inconvenience of having my vehicle gone for multiple days without reason.

The ignition switch in my truck is a poor design. I have had to purchase two new keys at over $200.00 a piece, now my ignition switch goes out and cost to replace is over $1100.00 to take off 2 screws for the panel and 4 screws for the switch I just don’t think it’s fare to take advantage of people like that. I’m not one to complain but your design on this unit should have a recall.

My mechanic Brian Khu was extremely helpful — he walked me through the issues he found during inspection and explained what they came from and the risks/trade offs of fixing now vs later. He laid out the time frame for the work both of they could get the part today or not.
The team was very responsive and worked quickly.
