Was told 3-4 hours. Almost 6 hours later no communication. Called and got my advisors voicemail multiple times...no call back. Called the manager, no call back for an hour. After sitting in Torrance for hours it was finally ready when I got back to PV. Terrible communication and service

I brought my car in for recall checks customer service person said the car be ready at the end of the day hours and hours has passed nobody calls me back this was on Friday December 31st didn't get my car back until Monday January 3rd service was horrible

They said the service will be done in 2 hours. I got my jeep back in 3 hours. I didnt get any updates or when I asked someone about the status of my jeep, they didnt check on it and just said its not done.

I felt communication was lacking, I understand it was during the holidays but I dropped my car off 12/24. Expected it to be looked at 27th/28th. I had to call daily to get updates and find out what was being fixed. The wrangler is 2 months old. When I finally picked it up1/3/22 , it was dirty… I expected it to be ran through the car wash.

I be been getting oil changes from the dealership since I purchased my jeep in 2016. It had transmission issues after the first 2000 miles due to a factory issue. That meant I had to get oil changes more often while being told many times that it's just how jeeps are. I was losing power and the engine would completely stop while in motion! So the service advisors told me I need to get more frequent oil changes. It should last 5,000. Instead I had to pay for the service every 3000 miles and purchase quarts of extra oil due to the frequent transmission failures. I got the factory recall repair. Turns out the car was made with issues! I didn't get any compensation or reimbursement for the excessive oil changes. I explain all this to tell you I was very upset that I was being charged for premium oil during my last visit. I have used a Mopar or dealer coupon often to pay around $50-$60 each time. I presented my dealership coupon and was told I was eligible for the premium price coupon which only gave $20 off the regular cost. The service advisor and I disputed the coupon semantics. Supposedly according to her, whoever wrote the promotion coupon made a mistake so the type of oil I normally get 0w-20 ( which I normally paid $50-$60 for) is now considered premium. She wouldn't budge. I went through with it resenting this " semantical error" .after paying, I waited outside in the pouring rain for at least fifteen minutes along with two other customers. The kind cashier checked on me outside. She requested a porter three times. Finally, after going in several times to tell her we were still waiting, she suggested I tell the service advisors who were just chatting and didn't notice us waiting right outside in the rain. So they looked for porters. None were available and got our cars themselves. This was the worst experience I've ever had. It wasn't as busy as usual. I'm looking into pursuing financial compensation for the jeep recall and will be trading it in for another vehicle next year.

When I dropped my car off Brian was very kind, positive, and helpful. When I left I felt confident in the service but, I didn't receive any update about my car. Not even an initial text that is usually sent that says thanks for choosing and if you have any questions etc.. I decided to wait it out since I wasn't in a rush to get my car back but after a week of hearing nothing, I called to get an update.I talked to Brian who said he needed to make a call to get clearance for my protection plan coverage. He called me back and said the cost of the repair was under the need for him to get approval so he can move forward with the repair. My car was ready the next day. This left me to wonder if I would've called earlier would my car have been ready earlier, or if I didn't call would the work have taken longer?

Sat there waiting for car to be done no one text us on our phone finally went up to counter girl checked for paperwork in the back and said it was ready we were wondering how long the car sat back there before we went up to counter to check on it what happened in the past you always text message when the car was finished very poor service I think Especially when it is pouring rain horrible weather and have other things to do

Totally unsatisfied my second time there being overcharged it's just not being advised correctly during these times looking for someone honest and I was completely overcharge and giving bad advice for my vehicle I will never come back there again

My wife had a hard time getting the AAA discount. Accord to the service advisor no one told him. I myself told him in person before leaving. Vehicle had no power the service advisor told us they will do a diagnostic an then I’ll get a call. Well was stuck with two possibilities not for sure one would cost me $380 the other $1200. We started with the cheaper option. Turns out we also need the alternator at $1200 bucks. I called multiple times to check the status but not answer. I called the service department number an was told that the vehicle was ready.
