The front tires show abnormal wear. When I brought the truck in , I asked them to check alignment for tire wear problems. That wasn't addressed by the mechanics. This truck was bought new from Dodge. I don't know if it was from Scott Robinson. I can imagine you basically know the cost. We have due diligence in trying to keep up with the vehicles maintenance. Thanks Pat... Mcwil Sport Surfaces

When we picked up our Jeep after an oil change & filter my husband saw that the oil used was a FULL synthetic. We have always used a synthetic BLEND since we purchased the Jeep in 2017. HE IS VERY UPSET THAT THE WRONG TYPE OF OIL WAS USED. Overall, this was the WORST service we have ever received. What can you do to resolve this problem?? Jerry & Edra Peters

I reported two issues in making my appointment. One issue was not fixed, and the other is yet to be determined if it was actually resolved. I feel like the company was only concerned with addressing the recall, and not solving my actual problems.

With An Appt.I Brought My 2013 Chrysler 200 In For Service And Was Confident After Speaking With Bryan That The Problem Would Be Takin Care Of, After Several Phone Calls Picking Up My Car 1st Off My Radio Wasn't Working Which Wasn't 1 Of The Issues I Notified Bryan Immediately Before I Left The Dealership He Responded Drive It And If It Still Doesn't Work Return On Monday..I Initially Brought My Car In For My Horn Blowing Randomly Along With The Air Bag Light On The Dash And My Car Lost Power Driving Home From Corona I Was Able To Start It Up Again And Get Home I Immediately Called Chrysler To Schedule An Appt. For Service.Upon Picking My Car Up And Heading To An Appt.. I Heard My Horn Blowin Again And I Was Devastated!! I Couldn't Believe It After I Was Witout My Car For 1 Week And To Recieve It As It Was When I Dropped It Off Was Very Disappointing..I Will Be Returning My Car On Monday Even With The Inconvenience Of Not Having My Car To Get To Work..

I was told by him that he would call me to let me know about a part he told me I needed to replace after I told him that I had just bought the part and had it installed within the last three months. I was not given the opportunity to make a decision on the work performed.

Nothing was fixed I took off gasket and it was perfect and was still leaking from fuel filter I replaced gasket with another one like advised and it didn't fix problem. Now I'm out of warranty and have to pay for it to get fixed

My complaint was a noise in the dashboard when you drive over bumps in the road. I was told two people test drove my truck and couldn’t duplicate the noise. The day I picked it up I was driving along Anza in between Carson st and Torrance blvd and sure as **** there it goes. I’m not surprised they didn’t hear anything you dealers usually make us come back multiple times before the problem is fixed. I don’t expect you to read this either and I’m not sure why I’m taking the time to respond, but who knows maybe someone there does care.
