I had the car in earlier in the year to diagnose why the car kept stalling and not starting. I was informed all was fine only to experience intermittent start up issues and eventually the problem became worse not starting repeatedly. On this last visit I was charged $300 to diagnose a dead battery. Seems it could have been a quick test.

It was my first time at audi service center and it was worst then any other dealership in the US. I did not expect this kind of poor customer service from Audi dealership. In my opinion Audi should close it’s service center in lakeland if they don’t know how to give customers service.
