I’ve never experience horrible service with the Audi in Morton Grove before aside from this time. To start my experience , I dropped it off Wednesday late afternoon. I asked if I could get a loaner and they told me I did not qualify because I’m not 25 years of age. I found that surprising since I’ve had a loaner before specifically at this location while I had maintenance done on the vehicle. I asked my advisor to check the history , because I know that I gotten a loaner but she was not able to locate that information. It’s shocking that in this day with technology, Audi has no record of me taking that car. In addition to that, Thursday , I was informed that my car barley was even diagnosed and they wouldn’t know the problem/ solution until Friday. LUCKILY , they had the piece in stock or who knows how long , I would have stayed car-less. Jaylene was very nice and friendly and zero complaints about her. She constantly kept me updated.

Gary was very good, and while I understand a lot of the delay was on the insurance company and not the dealership, 5 weeks is a long time to be without a car. The most frustrating thing was continually having to call to get updates. I was always promised a call back with updates but whether I got the call was 50/50. The insurance company’s communication was completely unsatisfactory so I do appreciate Gary trying his best to contact them and give me updates. In terms of the dealership end I’m happy with the service, would just like increased communication.
