The personal service was great but my issue is not resolved. My sunroof continues to leak and I am very discouraged that the problem still persists. I believe that William and the techs have given it there best but I don't understand why the source of the leaking cannot be found. We had another rainstorm last night (10/16/21) and this am there is evidence of leaking again on the from right side of the roof.
