Johnathan did everything he could in his power. But for traveling 300miles away we were lead to believe that all recalls were being taken care of which wasn’t true. And then I pay more then quoted for a rent a car that I only had for 1 hr.

That enabled us to keep our urgent, complicated travel plans. An unexpected bonus was that a long-standing ACC issue that had not been resolved on several previous appointments at Darlings and elsewhere got solved.
