Overall not entirely satisfied. The system was down when I dropped off the car so the warranty check was not clear. I was not told when the car would be ready until very late in the day and was not kept well informed on status throughout.

I'm not sure who mr Dow is. I've delt with several people in the service department. My 2020 F-150 issue (charging system fault & resulting deep sleep mode) that started 8/3/2011 has nor been resolved. To date my truck has been at your shop 41 days so far. Everyone i have delt with has been great but the problem has yet been resolved.
