I am very unhappy with the service to the top on my VW EOS I was told that you did not have the proper tools to repair the top and that a body shop is needed. And no help was provided to find a body shop that can do the work. If you didn't have the proper tools to do the repair why would you agree to analyze the top for $250 and then tell me that you can't really fix it? And if you don't have the knowledge to fix it how do I know that you didn't damage it even more when you closed the top? Lots of questions but I am not getting any answers.

I had engine oil replaced and found that the lid of coolant was opened which caused to get red warning and leakage.i had to bring back my car to the service next day and I barely made to get there as car kept signaling red warning that I t needed to be stationed.i am very frustrated with service quality that Audi performed.
