I spent 2 hrs at dealership for a simple oil change. At the time of requesting service i mentioned I would like the car to be washed as I since owning the car for almost 7 years only had car washed one other time from the free service. I was disappointed when my car came out of serviced at not washed even though I saw other cars washed. Very disappointed. I was please to have a good conversation with Andre in sales
