Told me that it would take an hour and a half for oil change. I needed to get to work so arrived in an hour and half and was told car still need to be washed I could not get this done because I had to be at work. Then they gave me my car with plastic on front seat and paper on floor which I had to remove myself in the garage. Told me he would send me the report that was done and still have not received. Your service department wants me to respect there time the need to also respect the customers time. An oil change and car wash should not take an hour and a half
