William is the best but telephone communication is often iffy. Liam was trying hard to get me in but I shouldn’t have to be on extended hold trying to find out when he can squeeze me in on one of my infrequent trips to Bangor. The last hold was so long, I gave up. This has happened more than once. Yesterday morning, William answered the phone directly and get me right in. Jake fixed my car - no problem - he’s obviously a top-notch mechanic ! We’ve been bringing our Audis and VW’s to you for almost 30 years and some of our family as well.
