No fault of the dealer or service advisor. However, I’m completely dissatisfied that a single part to fix the issue with my car is not in stock readily available. This is unacceptable. I’m looking on line at third party parts resellers and the part number
4M0-883-920 is ready and available to be purchased.
This is a brand new car, so for the seat head rest not to work it is totally unacceptable by me. Great service, great follow up but no resolution of the issue so NO I’m not satisfied at all.

Don't think it was Blaine personally he was as friendly and professional as one could be. Just overall unhappy with the past few months of experience with darlings. The quality and attention to detail was missed completely. Blaine was responsive and helpful but believe the darlings methods are to cut corners and go the cheapest route.
