Gerald and the team at Orland Audi once again assisted when a tire issue occurred. It was not an obvious nail/screw/road hazard, but Gerald was able to figure out the issue and was quickly able to locate a replacement specialty tire for my Audi A6. It was not a great time for this to happen, but Audi stepped up and made the repair/replacement process simpler without throwing off my patient schedule much at all. Look, I like Dustin and he did a good job. However, he told me the tire replacement (all four tires) and oil change would take 2.5 hours. My appointment was for 8:00 am and I came back at 11:45 am. I was told by Dustin at that time that the "regular" tire alignment guy was on vacation and the "other guy" had to take lunch and wouldn't be able to get this done until 1:30 pm. What? You had me set for an appointment at 8:00 am for an oil change, tire replacement, and alignment, and your guy is not available to take care of the alignment in time? I had to juggle my other vehicle for a trip to Waterville in the afternoon since my truck would not be ready. Really guys, why didn't I just go to a tire store and get my tires done there? And then "Quicklube" for an oil change to take care of the oil. It would have been done faster and not cost any more. My mistake,, but I won't do it again.
