Very unhappy after driving home, and the issue that I mentioned was not taken care of. I told the advisor that my steering wheel was not centered. He told me I needed an alignment for the car which I paid $265. And driving home I’m seeing that the steering wheel is still not centered. I’ve contacted the service advisor and was told that they were going to take care of it but the issue is that I already took time out of my day to have this corrected along with my 40,000 mile service it’s an inconvenience I was not planning on having, my sales advisor needs to be my advocate and make sure that the proper work is done in the vehicle should not be released to me until he verifies and checks everything is taken care of

My back right rim was damaged when I brought my car in to have Summer tires put on. Ryan was suppose to call me on Friday to resolve issue and he did not follow through. I expect to bring my car I. And have it returned in the same condition. Please have management call me with an update ASAP Ryan has poor follow through.
