Jacky almost always delivers exceptional service with attention to detail. My car was supoose to have an alignment during one of my scheduled maintenance appointments. But this was not due and Jackie was not there to process my service. But its good that jacky was able to catch the missed service and offered invaluable advice. I think from now on, inwill make sure i only get to work with jacky as my level of trust and confidence with his other colleagues seems not to be at par. Hoping for more consistency next time. And please, by any means, jacky deserves more for excpetional service that he always provides.
