Truly exceptional. Went above and beyond to accommodate. I realized my tires were in really bad shape, probably dangerous in fact to drive, and I had to pick up my daughter from camp 6 hours away the next day. Not only did Arameh squeeze me in last minute, they have me a ride to and from the service appointment to make it as easy and seamless as possible. The install was done that same day and when there was a discrepancy in price originally quoted by parts department he helped with a price adjustment. Stellar A+++ customer service. Will keep me coming by back for service at McGrath for sure.

After two visits, original problem still exists.
First visit on 5/25/23. Road test confirmed problem. Service dept. road tested similar vehicle on lot in order to determine if noise is normal. No noise found so it was determined not to be normal. Lubricant applied to driveshaft slipyoke splines in order to correct.
Problem was not corrected.
Next visit on 6/27/23. Road test confirmed problem still existed. Service dept. now states that problem is "normal" and consistent with other vehicles. At this point I am extremely disappointed and don't believe that a new $60k+ vehicle should have a problem clunk sound in the drivetrain that is considered "normal". If this is considered normal by Ford, then maybe I should consider going back to driving a Dodge truck.

Mechanic was fortunate that while removing the N0X sensor from the rear exhaust pipe, no damage occurred to the exhaust pipe, as this meant further parts would be required!
They had a rental car arranged in case the exhaust pipe was damaged as a back up plan.
Job took about 2 hours. All good!
