My wife took in our Q5 today. We had regular maintenance, including oil change, filters, brake fluid flush, and a tire rotation. A $327 service which is fine, we pay more for dealer service because we expect a higher level of service. We also bring our Infiniti to Darlings Nissan for service and we bring my GMC truck to Varney GMC for service. She said the service advisor today (William) was polite and professional. But after the service the “service due” warning was still on and a tire pressure warning was now on. She gets all the way back to Greenville and tells me about this. I had to check tire pressures and after confirming appropriate pressures, I reset the tire pressure sensor. The service due warning cannot be reset by the owner, so we have to go back to Bangor (3 hrs round trip) to have this done at the dealership. It was a relatively small oversight by the technician, but caused a significant inconvenience for us. The highlight of the experience today was the shuttle driver (Jerry?). He took my wife to her OB appointment and picked her up. She said he was an absolute pleasure to interact with. He was very helpful and we would like to thank him for being a great driver and friendly person.

Anoeil was very attentive and I greatly appreciated how he planned ahead and reserved me loner vehicle while mine was being serviced. The forethought was invaluable as I did in fact have to leave my car versus waiting for the repair to be completed the same day. Being down a car in my family can be a big ordeal so this made the situation a great deal less stressful .
