Cooper did a good job, no complaints with the communication he facilitated. Your service of my vehicle had some challenges along the way and it took longer than planned. I was offered a loaner that declined and I'm not complaining about the delay. After signing the paperwork and receiving my car I was surprised after how much I was apologized to and appreciated for not being upset with the delay that it hadn't been washed or vacuumed. It's not that I expected it to be done but I thought it was a missed opportunity. What I was disappointed with was the fingerprints all over all my door windows that were clearly from the service performed. That was unexpected and I thought worth mentioning here.

Your team has gone above and beyond my expectations. They have bent over backwards to resolve our issue. It’s a little premature to say eureka you’ve done it. But I am hoping that they have figured it out. I feel that Ford is putting too much technology in one little package. As great as it sounds to have everything at our fingertips, I feel there is too much to look at and adjust while trying to drive safely down the road without killing my self or someone else. Many states are hands free, but many of the manufacturers are making it unsafe. This is my personal observation, but I am not of the computer generation.

Repair took too long and there was no loaner available. The lack of available loaners is a continuing problem at your dealership. Your customers should not have to delay repairs for over two weeks while waiting for a loaner.

I think that the service advisor should have introduced himself to me. He did not; nor did he give me his card as i observed that he did with others having their car(s) serviced. The service to my car was superb; I just didn’t like how I was treated. I have had services performed before-the advisor always introduced themselves every time. Also; he did not tell me that the updates would be via text; the last service the advisor Darius advised me personally each step of the service. Overall, the service was good.

On August 15, I had brought my Audi A7 in for a simple oil change. When I called to set my appointment I was told my service would take no more than 90 minutes. The completion of my oil change took 3 hours! Due to the extremely long time to complete an oil change I had missed a work meeting as I had no update on why it was taking longer and had to ask multiple times how long it would take. I am disappointed that I was not kept in the loop on status and why it took so long. I understand if it was busier than planned but no communication was given. I have been a customer for many years at this Audi dealership and I am extremely disappointed with my most recent service. Thanks, Craig C
