Alex was pissed coz i didn’t go with the deal, my dp of $1,500 was not returned immediately, he told me it will take 7 days, juan called me the following day and made a good deal, and got the is 350, after 2 weeks i called to follow up my dmv papers, alex told that he send a text message but I haven’t received any, think he needs to be trained better

I can’t spend more time on another complaint for the first complaint that result in a second complaint but quickly: the Customer Service at the location is barelyyyy scratching presence. After an initial failed service appointment, the follow up courtesy appointment was so weak it was insulting; after dropping my car off at 930a on Saturday as arranged with Chris, I heard nothing from anyone until Monday at 10am (following two unreturned texts to the Lexus question line, and two unreturned calls to Chris, and to the Service Department line). 48hrs for a courtesy detail, and complete lack of communication. 1 star.
