Alfred was wonderful!! I called because of a sensor lighting up on my dashboard and a warning light. He told me I could bring it in promptly and he would send it back for a diagnosis . I felt genuinely welcomed by Jake. He never made me feel rushed and answered all my questions. He set up the major servicing exactly as I requested. His communication of additional items discovered during inspection was excellent. Detailing my car was an especially nice touch. I recently had another of my vehicles serviced at another dealer. While they were courteous and competent, everything seemed rushed and communication was difficult. They did accomplish the work. I would give them a "C". I give Jake and Lexus of Valencia an "A+"
