Adrian was great. He saw how my trunk would lock only intermittently when the “trunk lock” was depressed on the trunk lid. He tried four times and it only worked twice for him. Your service manager said we were doing it wrong because he couldn’t replicate the same outcome. I researched why my trunk wouldn’t lock when I took one to two steps back and there are many people with the same complaint. There is a way to change the sensitivity to help it close when you take one to two steps back. Your service manager refused to do anything with the sensitivity saying that your service rep, Adrian, and myself we’re doing it incorrectly. I assure you that I can count two steps, as Adrian did as well. I find it insulting that your service manager doesn’t trust your customer and doesn’t trust your own service rep to know how to push a button and step back.
